After 26 years in the restaurant and beer pouring industry, we decided to tag along and make our own! After years of being passionate about everyone else’s beers, we now have a chance to be a part of their awesome industry.
We strive to be a little different. With only a 20 GALLON brewhouse, we have an opportunity to use interesting, local ingredients in all our brews! From Malt bill, Hop bill and additives, we will try something in every style that we hope is somewhat original. We just hope you like it…and if you don’t that’s OK, too. We’ll drink it. Cheers!
